Lastly, UK is better than US in providing disability benefit.
Why US should be less helping than UK?
Granted if I have to move to UK because of my medical and disability benefit. I would return in 1-2 years because I got enough I need to borrow for extra income source and medical.
People who got disability in US can still work but have $2 to -$1 ratio with the maximum of $200-$300 depending on the federal state allowed max.
I might sound like I am delegating but I also have to stand for myself and explain my purpose of getting disability.
This is why my lawyer are presenting the case including the evidence to the judge.
Collecting evidence as I go along to show that my medical is worsening and proven to be a conflict for my future job choice or career.
I need a hand, I can’t get it from my father or mother because “it is treated like you are on your own”. It’s debateable but otherwise I refused to argue it
If people like me can’t afford medical and have to “crawl” it way to Social Security to get approval for disability “just” because they want to get approved medicaid.
This is a serious situation that most people who never “walk in the man’s shoe for a mile” would complete misunderstood it.
The advice I got was . . . . get a job with medical benefit. And I being treated like third class citizen because I didn’t get a extra fries with happy meal when come to medical benefit.
And I humbly thank you. Thank you again for your video. What you stated about the locksmith. . . whoever his claims adjuster was they must have believed that even though he could not do locksmith work, he could do some other type of gainful employment. As I do not have all of the facts about the case I can not say for sure, however, their claims adjuster must have believed that they could work in some other type of field. That is where an attorney is most helpful and necessary. Wishing you well.
Great to hear from you. Thank you. Regarding your attorney and his recommendation against your getting an education this is just my opinion but. . . maybe your attorney feels the judge might think that if you are able to go to college and handle getting a college education, maybe you are not that disabled. If you could go to college full-time you should be able to work full-time. That is just my opinion. I do hope things work out for you. Take care! Peace, Harold
I not trying to blow smoke or be out of line but it is the Social Security Adminstration that is out of line dues to the pressure of government spending.
I would be shock if the pressure from war spending have some effect on Social Security Adminstration.
By the way, when I ask my lawyer about going to college. I was advised not to do it but wait until the hearing. Is it because the judge shun people with education degree or just simply “feel” that they are too good for disability.
Unfortunately, the Social Security are internally are breaking the public critea.
I know a client that couldn’t move his arm no more dues to some problem and very old but Social Security find that his locksmith skill is “transferable”.
Most people who applied for Social Security with college degree are less likely to qualified it.
If famous director that can make documentary video informing the public, I am all for it because this truth need to inform the misinform.

You are on the right track but quite frankly I can’t walk for more than 3 hours and stand still for a long time.
My spine is curving to the right, it growing worsening each year.
I can’t afford medical and Medicaid is giving me a headache. In my whole lifetime, have I not get medical program or made over $450.
The living expense is over $500 each month but that beside the point.
If everybody have an opinion without medical exp, this wouldn’t written the rule for disability properly.

Have nothing to do with the claim adjuster because he was at the hearing. It was based upon the judge’s judgement.
