Health Insurance
Forward this video to your friends and watch all the videos at www.sickforprofit.com Corporations like CIGNA are pulling the strings manipulating the zombies that watch FOX and attend the tea parties. CIGNAs Edward Hanway spends his holidays in a $13 million beach house in New Jersey. Meanwhile, regular Americans are routinely denied coverage for the care they need when they need it most. Welcome to the American health insurance industry. Now theyre sending lobbyists to Washington, DC to twist the arms of lawmakers to oppose reform of the status quo. Why? Because the status quo pays. Learn more at www.sickforprofit.com about the glamorous lives of billionaire health insurance executives and tell us your story of being victimized by their greed.

IMO, it isn’t ethical to make money from health care. NOTE by this I mean direct patient focused NOT development and research. It is not moral to make money from direct health care.
The US system is terrible, it is not unless you are outside of the system that you see its faults.
No system is perfect but I struggle to think of a case in Australia besides, direct doctor incompetence where a lady with cancer isn’t told the results of her scans due to cost of treatment.

BS, the tea party is just right wingers in disguise.

“We do not need Health Care reform, we need political reform!”
Well, we need both. There’s neither one problem in this country nor is there a panacea that could solve everything.
Party politics in general is a load of shit. People should never vote for the person based on their party or lack thereof. Vote for the person instead. Don’t vote Republican, Democrat, or Independent; vote for the person.
August 29th, 2010 at 5:24 pm
Yes, but what is the word Obama keeps using, “competition”?
That is what we need. .
In the Presidential elections, if you are either the dem or rep candidate, you already have a 50/50 shot of winning.
We need to increase competition in our politics, to represent the more varied views our country holds, instead of our only options being extreme left or extreme right.
We do not need Health Care reform, we need political reform!

Yes. Instead of supporting two noisy political parties, support a single party that’s even noisier.
Don’t think that voting independent would be an automatic solution. That’s just plain silly. You can easily have corruption be bred outside of the two main parties.

First, FOX is a right wing news source.
Second the Tea Party is an Independent movement.
The only reason Fox covers the Tea Party so much is because the Republicans are not in power. If G W Bush was still president, the Tea Party would be all over CNN, and the Dems would be giving it’s full support.
These things are happening because of the DEMOCRATS AND THE REPUBLICANS!
Vote INDEPENDENT. GO TEA PARTY!

Repulsive beyond words.

The words “fucking obscene” come to mind.

It is not unregulated. It is one of the most heavily regulated sectors in the US, both at the state and the Federal level. There are the kind of regulations that raise the price for everyone and the kind of regulations that make it very difficult for new players to enter the market and compete. The health insurance sector is a government backed cartel.

Profit and health care can never coexist. Take profiteering out. I don’t care how they do it, just do it.

Friday I got a letter from my pension fund. because of the worldwide rescission bla bla 2%. In it is a code to a website so that I can see which stocks I’ve invested in. I don´t want shares in bomb factories ETC.
It turns out I hold shares in the Blue Cross which means that every time a BC-BS insured American is denied treatment I earn money. In DK we have Universal Health care and I am making money from sick Americans who is denied treatment. Isen´t it a wonderful world we are living in.
August 29th, 2010 at 10:49 pm
Personally, I think they deny someone live saving treatment, It should be murder in 1st degree. Because we all know it is for money.

Insane.

I’m one of the Americans caught up in this shit storm. Luckily my illness is not life threatening but it’s something that requires constant care.
I’d like to get my own place, get married to my girlfriend, start living this so called “American Dream” that Republicans cling to, but the health care system as it currently stands is keeping me trapped in a cage.
August 30th, 2010 at 12:45 am
The directors of health “care” companies are criminals, pure and simple. Congress people who back them are criminals as well. They are killing people.
August 30th, 2010 at 1:45 am
we the people have to do it. we are all too lazy enjoying our lives to worry about the few who lose their over this (sorry to say)
if we all boycotted the ins companies, i bet they’d straighten their asses out quick (problem: we won’t do it)
August 30th, 2010 at 2:17 am
nothing new. . .
government isn’t doing anything about it, or helping it out?
nothing new
August 30th, 2010 at 2:37 am
the very same zombies probably had no problem with the invasion of iraq (which was illegal) and all the money spent on it. that money could have given americans the healthcare they need. depending on the source you look at it’s nee anywhere between 1 -3 trillion dollars already. . . .
August 30th, 2010 at 3:32 am
This is what bugs me about all the zombies that invaded Washington this past weekend – their efforts are so misdirected by Beck and his paymasters. They should be clawing at the doors of the health insurance and drug companies. Instead they’re blaming their problems on this administration.
Very sad indeed.
August 30th, 2010 at 4:17 am
i made a video awhile back about this, healthcare for profit is wrong. even if you npay the high premiums they charge they can still deny you coverage.
it’s time to call on the politicians that are supposed to be working for us and string them up, tar and feathers is a good idea too. . . .
August 30th, 2010 at 4:24 am
That’s sick. It’s all around the world, in the Netherlands it’s becoming worse as well. (in banking and insurance).
Talented managers they are called and if we don’t pay them their ‘deserved’ multimilions a year, they can leave to work somewhere else.

The Tories may be people I would never vote for, but compared to the US Republican party, they are positively socialist lol
